What is your return policy?
Because most of our merchandise is print-on-demand products, we do not offer returns or exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting ryanelizabethart@gmail.com.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at ryanelizabethart@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your items or we will not be able to offer a refund. For products lost in transit, please notify us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
Because each item is printed at the time of the order, we do not offer exchanges for sizes or color. If you are unsure of which size would fit better, please check our sizing charts–we have one for every item listed on our store in the product description section.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We are sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at ryanelizabethart@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving the items, with photos of the damaged product, your order number and any other details you may have. We will get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible. Once your wrong/damaged item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. The items must be returned with original tags and packaging. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, or you will receive a new order number for your new item.
Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds on wrong/damaged products to be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.
